Working with Lendlease and Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects, the Calderwood Valley District Park makes the most of its unique location in the Illawarra Escarpment.
The new development is complete with two undercover areas with electric barbeque’s, an amenities block and seating overlooking the lake, installed by our NSW construction team. The stunning new water play area is fitted with levers and buttons, making it the ultimate interactive adventure zone. The barn-style roof structures are reminiscent of the farmlands that were once on the same location.
Additionally, the park includes senior and junior climbing equipment, a half basketball court as well as an active park connecting the park to the display village. With ample open green space, Calderwood District Park is a great spot for this thriving new development.
