We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed to deliver the landscaping and buildings of the Campbelltown Billabong Parklands, for Campbelltown Council NSW. Our team is on-site now and will soon get started on building a connected network of pathways and seating surrounded by tree plantings and open spaces to ensure visitors have easy access to the three main pools within the Parklands. In addition to the landscaping works, we will construct the entrance building, plant room, storage facilities and shade huts.
About Billabong Parklands
The state-of-the-art water recreation space is set to revitalise the heart of Campbelltown City and become a landmark facility for Sydney.
The project includes a range of recreational water play facilities, landscaped areas, parklands and amenities over the four hectare site, including a stream, swimming lagoon and a zero-depth play area.
The landscape features of the design are based on the local Dharawal National Park and Georges River to reflect the importance of our local environment and Aboriginal culture.
This project was funded under the Western Parkland City Liveability Program, which is part of the Western Sydney City Deal (WSCD) between the Australian and NSW governments, and the eight local Councils of the Western Parkland City.
