We are thrilled to have worked with Logan City Council again on another important community space. Beenleigh Cemetery Upgrade involved the removal and disposal of some existing garden beds, chain wire fence and concrete edge. Minor earthworks were carried out and excavated soil disposed offsite. Newly installed gardens which include plants, mulch & raised corten planting beds. A pool fence with gabion pillar posts was installed where the old fence stood and turf was installed to disturbed areas.
Though our construction area was fenced off for the duration of the project, the cemetery remained open. This made the sensitive nature of the site an even more important aspect to consider. It was crucial that visitors could continue to visit loved ones and pay their respects in peace. A wonderful collaboration between council and our QLD construction team.
