A green hub for the residents of Fairwater, and the wider Blacktown NSW community, Central Park is just one part of Fairwater’s 9.5 hectares of open space.
Designed to accommodate all ages and purposes, Central Park is an idyllic green hub in the middle of Fairwater. A sheltered playground, boardwalks and pathways, picnic shelters, outdoor fitness station, a half basketball court and shady green space are just some of what makes the park so special.
The latest stage of Fairwater to be built by our construction team, Central Park has retained much of the existing local flora. Ponds, wetlands and waterways combine to ensure an abundance of habitat for local fauna. Bordered by the Fairwater Channel, the park is part of a cohesive water cycle system. It is designed to accommodate large volumes of water during adverse weather conditions and help manage run-off.
