Our maintenance team has been maintaining the Aveo Lindfield Gardens for 10 years, creating strong relationships with our client and residents of the community throughout this period of time.
Our team has a full-time presence, completing several maintenance jobs daily on site, including mowing, edging, pruning, pest and disease control, tree maintenance and fertiliser applications, just to name a few.
Whilst maintaining the gardens, the team also ensures that hardscapes such as pathways and roadways are clear of any debris. This ensures the residents and visitors are able to move throughout the site in a safe manner.
Our NSW’s team communicates with both the residents and village management on a daily basis which is pivotal in ensuring the grounds are always pleasing, appealing, safe and being updated. The feedback we receive from village management and residents about improvements and changes encourages a strong relationship, whilst also ensuring top tier quality.
